Bronze Resin Sculpture with verdigris patina

In 1996 Minter-Kemp won the Royal Society of Birmingham Artist's Annual Award for her first bronze sculpture, Leapfrog.

This sculpture was originally modelled in wax or clay and has then been cast in bronze, using the traditional lost wax method by Lunts Castings of Birmingham.

It has been finished in a rich, rubbed brown patina and carries the sculpture's signature and an edition number (i.e. 10/250).
